Last updated: October 19, 2026

Root to Rise is a program of Inspiration Is Everywhere Inc., a Massachusetts 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 82-5186366). We serve people in recovery and their families, and we take privacy seriously because anonymity is part of how recovery stays safe. This policy explains what this website collects and how we use it.

What we collect

Information you choose to send us. When you use a form on this site (contact, request information, volunteer, event RSVP, pledge, or newsletter), we receive what you type: usually your name, email, optional phone number, and your message. Forms are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit.co, which processes the submission only to deliver it to us.

The benefits navigator. The screener at /navigator/ runs in your browser. If you choose to create an optional account or save answers, that information is stored with our database provider (Supabase) with access restricted to your account. You can use the screener without an account.

Basic technical data. Our web host (GitHub Pages) and font provider (Google Fonts) may log standard technical information such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not sell or rent information, and we do not run third-party ad trackers on this site.

How we use it

We use what you send only to answer you, connect you with coaching or resources you asked about, coordinate volunteers and events, and follow up on gifts or pledges. We do not share your information with anyone outside Root to Rise except where you ask us to make a referral, or where the law requires it.

Recovery and confidentiality

Please do not send detailed medical or clinical information through website forms. Our coaches are not a crisis service. If you or someone you love is in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911 in an emergency.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you have sent us, or unsubscribe from any email at any time. Email roottorisema@gmail.com or call 603-721-2088.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
